Refund policy

The $15 authentication fee covers the cost of the authentication service and is non-refundable once your item has been submitted for processing.

Authenticate & Co. does not provide brand certifications, brand warranties, or any guarantee issued by the original luxury houses.

If, after your item has been authenticated, it is independently assessed by a recognized, accredited third-party authentication service as non-authentic, you may request a refund. Only assessments from recognized authentication services accompanied by written documentation will be accepted. Personal opinions, social media comments, and unverified appraisals do not qualify.

If the photos submitted are unclear or insufficient for authentication, we will contact you one time to request updated images before proceeding. No additional charge applies for resubmission
