TERMS OF SERVICE

Authenticate & Co. provides luxury item authentication services for a flat fee of $15 per item.

Authenticate & Co. is not an authentication laboratory. We coordinate with independent third-party authentication partners to evaluate submitted items and issue certificates based on their findings.

Authenticate & Co. does not provide brand certifications, brand warranties, or any guarantee issued by the original luxury houses. Our certificate reflects an authentication determination and is not a warranty of resale value or condition.

Estimated turnaround time is 2–5 business days from submission, though actual timing may vary.

Certificates are delivered via email to the address provided at submission. Please ensure your email address is accurate, as we are not responsible for certificates undeliverable due to incorrect contact information.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Authenticate & Co.'s total liability arising from any authentication request is limited to the amount paid for that service. Authenticate & Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
