What You Receive
You will receive the authentication result and a digital Certificate of Authenticity by email. The first photo you submit will be used as the certificate image. Your certificate can be shared with buyers, resale platforms, or consignment businesses.
Photo Requirements
Upload one clear certificate photo plus detailed images that best show your item. Helpful photos may include the front, back, sides, interior, hardware, engravings, brand label, MADE IN tag, serial or date code, zipper hardware, stitching, and any unique identifying details.
Turnaround and Delivery
Estimated turnaround is 2–5 business days after we receive both your submission and payment. This is a fully digital service. You do not need to ship your item.

Refund and Certificate Policy
The $15 fee is non-refundable once your item has been submitted for processing. If a recognized accredited third-party authentication service later assesses the same item as non-authentic, you may request review of your order and a refund by providing written documentation. If submitted photos are unclear or incomplete, we will request updated images once at no additional charge.
